Agenda Sections
Configure the default sections that appear on every new agenda. Drag to reorder.
Item Numbering Format
Section header style picks how each section is numbered. Use Pfx uses each section's typed prefix above; the auto options ignore Pfx and number sections by position.
Each level is one depth of indentation. Add a level for nested sub-items; pick the style for each.
Section numbering is unavailable while Use sections (Agenda Import Fields, below) is off — uploaded agendas import as a flat list with no section headers to number.

Agenda Import Fields
Choose which fields are pulled in by default when you import an agenda. You can still change these per-import in the Review & Edit screen.
Split uploaded agendas into section headers instead of one flat list. Applies to every upload — a section header itself can't carry votes or detail, only the items placed under it can.
Title is always imported.
Approval Workflow
Define the stages a request goes through before it's placed on the agenda. Drag to reorder.
In-review requests stay at their current stage index when you save.
Request Section Types
Configure the section types submitters can request. These appear in the section dropdown throughout the app.
Departments
Configure available departments. When set, the department field in the submission form becomes a type-ahead dropdown.
Meeting Mode
Configure how votes and motions are recorded during live meetings.
When enabled, marking a member as Motion or Second automatically casts a Yea vote and assumes the motion is to Approve. Disable this to require explicit motion type selection (Approve, Deny, Postpone, etc.).
Where your meeting videos come from. This source is pre-selected every time you add a recording — paste the link and we pull in the video, transcript, and AI speaker labels. You can always upload a file instead.
Minutes
Configure defaults for all meeting minutes. Individual meetings can override these on a per-meeting basis.
Level 1 = first indent, Level 2 = second indent, and so on.
When disabled, minute numbers will not exist anywhere in this account. The terminology, format, and number fields will be hidden throughout the app.
What your organization calls these numbers. Default: "Minute Number". Examples: Court Order, Resolution, Proclamation.
On, numbers read like 131.26 (the meeting's 2-digit year is added). Off, they're a plain running number like 131 that just moves forward.
On, every agenda item gets its own number regardless of outcome — including each consent item individually (Hays-style). Off, only items with a recorded action (carried / failed / tabled) are numbered, and consent is one number for the block (Ellis-style).
Text shown above the signature block in the minutes and PDF. Default: "The official minutes are hereby approved."
Default text shown at the top of every new minutes document. Leave blank to use the auto-generated attendance paragraph. Supports dynamic fields: {date}, {time}, {org}, {court}, {location}, {judge}, {clerk}, {members}
Default names for the signature block. One name per line (e.g. "Judge John Smith"). These will pre-fill every new minutes signature block.
