Meeting Mode
Configure how votes and motions are recorded during live meetings.
When enabled, marking a member as Motion or Second automatically casts a Yea vote and assumes the motion is to Approve. Disable this to require explicit motion type selection (Approve, Deny, Postpone, etc.).
Minutes
Configure defaults for all meeting minutes. Individual meetings can override these on a per-meeting basis.
Level 1 = first indent, Level 2 = second indent, and so on.
Text shown above the signature block in the minutes and PDF. Default: "The official minutes are hereby approved."
Default text shown at the top of every new minutes document. Leave blank to use the auto-generated attendance paragraph. Supports dynamic fields: {date}, {time}, {county}, {court}, {location}, {judge}, {clerk}, {members}
